How about a Homemade Breakfast Hot Pocket! dianemorrisey showed us her creation of filling crescent roll dough with ham, cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs, sealing them into a little pockets . . . 👩🏻🍳Homemade Hot Pockets . . . . (Makes 4 pockets) 1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dough sheet 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tbls Dijon Mustard 8 slices ham 8 slices cheddar cheese 4 eggs scrambled 1/4 cup scallions sliced Hot sauce . Preheat oven to 375F. In a small bowl, combine mayo and dijon and mix to combine. Unroll dough sheet and cut into 4 rectangles. Spread some mayo mixture on each rectangle, leaving 1/2-inch border around edge. Top right half of dough with ham and cheese (folded to fit), eggs and scallions. Fold other side of dough over filling to form squares; press edges with fork to seal. Arrange pockets on baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden. Serve with hot sauce. . . . . . .
