I just watched rachaelray IGTV of making Eggplant Sopress-Not-A pizza, and it looked so amazing. Now, I want this more than anything but do not have any of those ingredients. So, I am doing the best thing I can do to satisfy this immediate need and pulled miltonscraftbakers Cauliflower Crust Roasted Vegetable pizza. This is so delicious for frozen pizza; always works in a pinch. And, if you aren’t ing rachaelray and johnmcusimano on IG, you must. They are the most fun and I love their chemistry, charm and recipes! They have been a big positive during quarantine. 👩🏻🍳.
