I love dianemorrisey, and while my dishes never look like the work of art that hers do, her recipes are ALWAYS delicious. Tonight’s Baked Crispy Shrimp Parmesan was no exception. 👩🏻🍳
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Have 1 1/2 to 2 lbs of raw shrimp. Dredge them through some flour seasoned with Italian seasonings, dip in your two beaten eggs and dredge them through 3/4 C panko mixed with 1/4 C parm cheese. Arrange on prepared cooking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 7-9 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with marinara (I used raoshomemade ) , sprinkle lots of shredded mozzarella on it and broil it for 2-3 minutes. I mixed ours in with angel hair pasta and sprinkled parm cheese and fresh basil on it.
