I love cauliflower so much and am glad it’s been having a moment or two. This Grilled Cauliflower Steak is simple and makes a beautiful side dish or even an entree. 👩🏻🍳. It’s easy enough; cut a cauliflower head in half, and cut about two 1.5 cm slices from the middle. Brush olive oil on your grill pan and sprinkle kosher salt and fresh ground pepper on each side. While that is grilling (flip midway through), take the extra cauliflower and chop it into bits. Take some peppers (I had red only, but a color combo would be good) and fresh parsley (1/2 tbs), chop and add to cauliflower. Add about 1.5 tsp of lemon zest and shredded Parmesan (2 Tbs). Spread mixture on cauliflower “steaks”, and then stick the whole pan into a 400 degree over for 15 minutes. Enjoy! :
