It says “Keto,” but that’s just a label. “Delicious” and “easy” are labels we all can agree on. Rosemary Garlic Keto Pork Tenderloin from wholesomeyum was on our table in under 30 and one skillet. 👩🏻‍🍳

Ingredients:

1 lb Pork tenderloin (boneless, trimmed)
1 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
3 tbsp Olive oil (divided into 2 tbsp and 1 tbsp)
4 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp Fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Lemon zest
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Season the pork tenderloin with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
In a small pinch bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh rosemary, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest. Brush the mixture all over the pork tenderloin on all sides.
Heat the remaining tablespoon olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloin and sear for 3-4 minutes without moving, until browned on the bottom. Flip and sear on the other side.
Place the skillet into the oven. Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F .
Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes (temperature will increase to 150 degrees F . Enjoy!
