Sweet Jesus, this was delicious. I am often asked how often I am going to the grocery store. I try to stretch to every two weeks. I do have the advantage of seeking recipes that use the ingredients I have on hand. However, adjustments can always be made & ingredients substituted. I had a bunch of veggies that needed to be cooked, and I used a couple of tasteofhome recipes as inspiration of what to make. I combined and did what I could with what I had, and we loved the results. _ct. 👩🏻‍🍳. An Irish Girl’s Shrimp Pad Thai
